Mirage is a riveting espionage thriller shot in Morocco and Abu Dhabi, produced by Lincoln TV and directed by Louis Choquette. Many of the action sequences and stunts were shot in Abu Dhabi at a number of stunning locations in the emirate, including the Louvre. The production was able to secure a generous rebate from the Abu Dhabi film commission and TWOFOUR 54 provided invaluable government liaison and Abu Dhabi production services were provided by Filmworks.

The crew of the USS Enterprise explores the furthest reaches of uncharted space, where they encounter a new ruthless enemy, who puts them, and everything the Federation stands for, to the test.

When a network of satellites designed to control the global climate start to attack Earth, it’s a race against the clock to uncover the real threat before a worldwide GEOSTORM wipes out everything and everyone. Filmworks Group Group was commissioned by Warner Bros to service the Dubai VFX unit. The visual effects team flew from DNEG in London to conduct several days of scouting and aerial helicopter and drone filming. Steve Koster was the aerial DOP from LA. Mission Impossible-Ghost Protocol, the fourth instalment of the Mission Impossible series, starring Tom Cruise, as IMF agent Ethan Hunt. Directed by Brad Bird and released by Paramount Pictures December 2011. Several important scenes were shot in Dubai over a three week period, including the famous ab sailing segment, which Tom Cruise performed himself, down the Burj Khalifa. Dubai. City Of Life, the first feature film to be independently produced in the UAE, from Emirati Director Ali F. Mostafa and produced by Filmworks Group and AFM Films in Dubai. Three story lines intertwine in our vibrant and beautiful city, reminding us that we are all connected. Excellent performances from the local and international cast together with a strong story line made this home grown feature a local favourite. The film also received excellent reviews overseas. Peter Berg, director, of The Kingdom, only intended to shoot plate shots in Abu Dhabi, but due to his close collaboration with Filmworks Group the shooting schedule was greatly ramped up. With the full backing of the Abu Dhabi government we were able to achieve, not only the very difficult, but the near impossible.
